BQA’s One Stop Customer Service Centre

The customer service office is a central place where clients are assisted with all enquiries for BQA services. Customer service office provides support for:

  • Registration & Accreditation of ETPs
  • Registration & Accreditation of Moderators & Assessors
  • Evaluation of Qualifications
  • Accreditation of learning programmes

The office checks applications for completeness and generates payment cover documents for submission at Cashier’s office.Customers will be assisted and guided by friendly customer service staff on specific services offered within BQA.
