Termination of Applications

Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) informs applicants / customers that it will terminate the following applications with immediate effect: 

  • Incomplete submissions 
  • Unpaid for applications 
  • Applications submitted using wrong Forms 

Applicants who have been given 21 days to submit missing documents are advised to observe the deadlines, failure in which the application will be terminated and submitted documents deleted from the system. The applicant may re-apply at their convenience. 

Applicants who have already been given proforma invoices are advised to pay by the 31 December 2020, failure in which the applications will be terminated. 


The Authority advises customers to contact Customer Service at 3657200/ 219/ 254/ 232 or 3989404/ 425 or at 7567114 or Email customerservice@bqa.org.bw for guidance on the requirements of different services that BQA provides, before submitting online. This will improve quality of submissions and minimise back and forth between client and the Authority. It will overall promote efficiency.
